The 2019 Honda Civic

You’ll find plenty of trim levels offered with the 2019 Honda Civic: the base LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, and Touring. Each trim level comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that generates 158 hp and 138 lb-ft of torque paired with a six-speed manual transmission. For this engine, drivers can choose a continuously variable transmission instead. Next up is a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 174 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. This engine is available for the EX, EX-L, and Touring trims. It comes standard with the continuously variable transmission.

When it comes to the features of the Honda Civic, you can expect a wide array of technology, safety, and comfort features. For instance, the base LX gets you automatic climate control, LED running lights, a rearview camera, a 5-inch central display screen, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, 16-inch wheels, and more. And the list of amenities and features only increases as you go up the Civic trim ladder.

A highlight of the Civic is the fact that it offers the Honda Sensing safety package as standard. The Honda Sensing package comes with lane departure warning, automatic high beams, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, and road departure mitigation.
